You deal with your personal conference assistant! Throughout the life cycle of the event from order to completion, the organizers and participants can at any time address to the competent executive - personal assistant who knows all the details.

All inclusive! We always provide rooms and grounds equipped and ready for the event. Screen, projector and whatever is necessary included*.

2.  Smart - eat reasonably and enjoy

In addition to the classic coffee breaks and snacks, we offer gourmet and traditional local treats, healthy and contributing to creative work. Choose from 3 options of smart coffee breaks offers: Fresh Organic Traditional, Smart Food and Recharge.

3.  Green - caring for the environment

During the event we make every effort to reduce impact on the environment and spend part of our profits to support social programs:

  • We serve drinks in glassware to reduce the use of plastics
  • All paper and printed materials remaining after the conference are handed over to the trash for recycling
  • We use the optimal settings of heating and air conditioning to reduce carbon footprint - carbon dioxide's emissions into the atmosphere
  • We spend a part of the proceeds from your event on funding competition for orphans "Towards a Dream"

Your event will be accompanied by fast Internet.

* The cost of rooms includes basic equipment necessary for business events, at least: one projector, one screen, a flipchart, a stationery set, a laser pointer.
